HCS VoicePacks Download Count Reset Policy

Access to Digital Downloads: Each product license purchase grants the customer access to the corresponding digital download(s), with the exclusion of pre-orders and subscription-based products.

Download Limit: Customers are limited to 10 download attempts or 10 downloads (whichever occurs first) for each individual digital download, excluding pre-orders and subscription-based products.

Download Count Reset: If a customer exhausts the allowed download attempts for their purchased products, they can reset the download count to 10 for all products purchased with a one-time fee of £5.00.

How to Reset Your Download Count:

1. Visit [reset download page] and complete the purchase for £5.00 using the same email address registered with Sendowl.
2. You will receive a receipt via email. Forward this receipt to info@theqnn.com.
3. Clearly state the product(s) you wish to apply the download reset to, including order number or Sendowl ID.

Terms and Conditions:

• The download limit and reset fee are implemented due to bandwidth costs incurred with each download.
• This policy ensures fair access for all customers and supports the continuous availability of our products.
• Resetting the download count can take up to 24 hours, although it is usually processed within a few hours. Immediate availability is not guaranteed.
• The use of .vap profiles for updates and re-downloads will not affect your download count. Significant updates or major updates for .vap files that require a full re-download will affect the download count.
• Subscription-based product updates and full downloads are not subject to this download limit.
• Pre-ordered products are exempt from download limits. The download count for pre-ordered products will be reset to 10 on the official release date.
• It is the customer's responsibility to manage their download attempts. HCS VoicePacks is not responsible for the inability to access digital downloads once the download limit is reached.

By resetting your download count, you agree to these terms and conditions.

How do I recover Order / Download link?
