Gates McFadden is famed for starring in Star Trek TNG, as the ship's medic, Dr. Beverley Crusher.  More recently, Gates is starring in the new TV show "Picard" season 3, so keep an eye out.  She is also a Sci-Fi legend, and one dear to our hearts here at HCS.  Her character in Star Trek broke boundaries, and, many rules as far as Capt. Jean-Luc Picard was concerned.  She did pilot the Enterprise, so helping you out with the running of your ship shouldn't pose any real problems.  If you enjoy having your favourite Sci-Fi legends aboard, make sure Nova is stapled to your collection!
