Refund policy

HCS voice packs, passes and memberships are digital products supplied electronically. (Physical merchandise is covered by your normal rights for goods.)

When you buy a digital product, you expressly consent to your downloads starting straight away and acknowledge that your 14-day right to cancel ends once they start. Turning off a membership renewal stops the next payment; you keep the membership until the end of the year you have paid for.

Your statutory rights are not affected. If something you bought from us does not work as described, contact us at support@hcsvoicepacks.com and we will put it right.
