Refund & Return Policy

All HCS Voice Packs products are digital audio products supplied electronically.

Digital products

Because our products are delivered immediately after purchase, all sales are final.

By completing a purchase, you consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once delivery has begun, in accordance with applicable consumer law.

As a result:

  • No refunds or returns are offered

  • This applies to one-off purchases and subscriptions

  • This applies globally, including customers in the European Union and Germany, subject only to any non-waivable statutory rights

Subscriptions

Cancelling a subscription stops future billing but does not result in a refund for the current billing period or any unused time.

Defective products

Nothing in this policy affects any mandatory statutory rights in the unlikely event that a product is proven to be defective under applicable law.
