After you've purchased your voice pack, you'll receive a link to download the 'HCS Hub', our voice packs management system, where you can see your purchased voice packs, view manuals, install updates, review patch notes, read any newsletters, be informed about updates & change logs - All in one place!
Note! All our existing customers will be emailed a special link to upgrade to the new HCS Hub.

For existing customers HCS Hub replaces the entire setup you're familiar with. This will be a very new system to you, but a better, more streamlined management system that we know you'll welcome and love.
