HCS Voice Packs – Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the HCS Voice Packs website and store, and any purchases made through it. By accessing the site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase our products.

1. About us

HCS Voice Packs is a UK-based company trading globally. We provide licensed digital audio products and related services for use with third-party software and games.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use this site or make a purchase. By using the site, you confirm that doing so is lawful in your jurisdiction.

3. Digital products

All products sold through the HCS Voice Packs store are digital audio products supplied electronically. No physical goods are supplied at this time.

Delivery normally begins immediately after purchase, although short delays may occur due to technical or operational factors.

4. Licensed, not sold

All HCS Voice Packs products are licensed, not sold.

Your use of any audio content is governed by our License Agreement, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and applies in addition to them.

By purchasing from us, you agree to comply with the License Agreement.

5. The HCS Hub

Some products require or make use of the HCS Hub, a companion software tool used to download, authenticate, manage, or update licensed content.

The HCS Hub is provided as-is, without any guarantee of uninterrupted availability, compatibility with all systems, or error-free operation. Temporary outages, updates, or access issues may occur and do not constitute grounds for refunds or compensation.

6. Prices and payments

All prices are shown in the store and may change at any time. Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners. We do not store your payment details.

6A. Subscriptions

Some HCS Voice Packs products or services are offered on a subscription basis.

When you purchase a subscription:

  • You authorise us to charge the applicable subscription fee on a recurring basis

  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the stated interval unless cancelled

  • Billing continues until the subscription is cancelled

You may cancel a subscription at any time through your account or via the method provided at purchase. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period.

Subscription prices may change with reasonable notice. Any changes will apply from the next billing cycle.

7. Refunds, cancellations, and right of withdrawal (digital products)

All HCS Voice Packs products are digital audio products.

By completing a purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once delivery has begun, in accordance with applicable consumer law.

As a result:

  • All sales are final

  • No refunds or cancellations are offered

This applies globally, including customers located in the European Union and Germany, subject only to any non-waivable statutory rights that may apply under local law.

This applies equally to one-off purchases and subscription charges once a billing period has begun.

This does not affect any mandatory statutory rights in the unlikely event that a product is proven to be defective under applicable law.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including audio, text, artwork, branding, and software, is owned by or licensed to HCS Voice Packs. No ownership rights are transferred to you except as expressly permitted under the License Agreement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HCS Voice Packs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the site, products, or the HCS Hub.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant product during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HCS Voice Packs from any claims arising out of your misuse of the site or products, or your breach of these Terms or the License Agreement.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
