Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Some HCS Voice Packs products or services are offered on a subscription basis.

When you purchase a subscription:

  • Your subscription automatically renews at the stated billing interval unless cancelled

  • You authorise us to charge the applicable subscription fee on a recurring basis

  • Billing continues until the subscription is cancelled

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or via the method provided at purchase.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

Because subscriptions provide immediate access to digital content and services:

  • No refunds are provided for partial or unused subscription periods

  • Cancelling a subscription does not result in a refund for the current billing cycle
