Passes and memberships: renewal and cancellation
- Passes and memberships are yearly and renew automatically at the price shown until you turn the renewal off.
- We email you 30 days before each renewal with the date and the price.
- Turn the renewal off any time in your account (Memberships, "Turn off renewal"), or ask us at support@hcsvoicepacks.com. It takes effect at the end of the year you have paid for, and you keep everything until then.
- We may change the price for a future renewal. We will email you the new price at least 30 days before it applies, and you can turn off the renewal before then.
- Packs you buy on their own, before, during or after a pass, are yours to keep.
- Your statutory rights are not affected.
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
