Commercial & Third Party
Third-Party Licensing & Integration Policy
HCS VoicePacks are licensed digital audio products intended for personal end-user use only. There is no automatic or implied permission for third-party software, tools, services, or products to integrate with, rely upon, or be designed specifically for use with HCS VoicePacks.
Default position: no licence granted. Any third-party integration requires explicit written permission from HCS VoicePacks.
No Default Third-Party Rights
Unless expressly authorised in writing by HCS VoicePacks:
- Third-party products may not integrate with, trigger, manage, install, bundle, scrape, or rely upon HCS VoicePacks (including our audio, profiles, plugins, or Hub).
- Third-party developers may not advertise “compatibility with HCS VoicePacks” or use HCS VoicePacks as part of their feature set, workflow, or value proposition.
- Silence, lack of enforcement, prior public use, or “inspiration” does not imply consent.
When Licensing May Be Considered
HCS may, at its sole discretion, consider third-party licensing in limited circumstances, such as:
- Specialist accessibility tools
- Approved hardware/controller integrations
- Narrow, non-competitive companion software
Licensing is never guaranteed and is assessed on a case-by-case basis. HCS is under no obligation to grant permission.
Mandatory Prerequisites (Non-Negotiable)
- Your product must be properly licensed for the relevant game(s) / platform(s) (e.g. Frontier, RSI, etc.) where applicable.
- If your tool is commercial (including paid access, subscriptions, sponsorships, or donations) and designed to work with VoiceAttack, you must hold the appropriate VoiceAttack commercial licence.
- You must obtain separate written permission from HCS before integrating with or relying upon HCS VoicePacks.
How to Enquire
To discuss licensing, contact us with a concise outline of what you’re building, your business model, and exactly how you intend to interact with HCS content.

If you are an end-user: this policy doesn’t stop you using ordinary third-party tools that merely coexist on your PC and are not built to integrate with HCS content.
