Questions
What happens to the packs I've already bought?
They're yours to keep, whatever happens to a pass. A pass adds everything else on top while you're a member.
How does the yearly renewal work?
A pass runs for a year and then renews for another year at the price shown. We email you before it renews. You can turn off the renewal at any time, and you keep everything in the pass until the end of the year you've paid for.
What happens when a pass ends?
Your licence for the packs that came with the pass ends and they leave your HCS Hub library. Packs you bought yourself stay yours.
I already have Ad-Astra or Event Horizon Plus. What if I get a pass?
The Commander Pass includes Ad-Astra and the Citizen Pass includes Event Horizon Plus, so you won't need both. Turn off the renewal of your old membership so you don't pay for both.
When do new packs arrive?
On their release day, at no extra cost, in the pass for their game and in the Officers' Club.
Do I need VoiceAttack?
Yes, the packs run in VoiceAttack. The Citizen Pass, Commander Pass and Officers' Club include a VoiceAttack 2 licence. Event Horizon Plus and Ad-Astra work with the VoiceAttack you already have.
Can I use it on more than one PC?
Yes, on your own PCs. A pass is for one person.
